Can anyone recommend a foreclosure prevention lawyer in Sacramento area?

Did anyone higher a good lawyer about foreclosure prevention, predatory lending and got really good help? There are a lot of fraud companies out there nowadays. Could you please give me the name of the lawyer and his number/email. I would appreciate it very much. Thank you in advance.

The legitimate foreclosure prevention programs are government run or government backed. And these programs all work through the lenders. The idea is to make it more attractive to the lender to work with you rather than to foreclose on the property.
So, you need to approach your lender. If the loan is with a large institution, they will probably have people whose job it is to work out troubled loans. Find out who that person is, and then call or come in to talk. Explain your situation, and discuss ways to avoid foreclosure. It is usually in their interest to help you, because a foreclosed home costs them money.
You should only hire an attorney if you can’t get any help that way or if you are confronted with forms and such that you find too confusing. Frankly, there isn’t much a private attorney can do for you to prevent foreclosure, and I am embarrassed to say that there are a lot of crooks in the profession who will take your money and still not do anything. And the fees could be substantial anyway. Some lawyers will recommend bankruptcy, but that is at best a last-ditch measure. Try to avoid that.
Start with your bank or other lender. Call and say you want to talk about your loan, and then see what happens. I wish you well.

Just look in the phone book for real estate lawyers and then check bbb.org (the better business bureau) and see if there are any complaints about that law office.
